At DeterminaXion, we understand that your company's information is one of your most valuable assets. This notice describes how we collect, use, and protect the data you provide during the business diagnosis and consulting process.

During the qualification and diagnosis process, we may collect:

Contact information: name, email address, phone number
Business information: company name, industry, number of employees
Operational and financial information voluntarily provided during diagnostic sessions
Responses to the qualification form

2. Use of Information

The information you provide will be used exclusively to:

Evaluate whether your business qualifies for the free diagnosis program
Conduct the professional business diagnosis
Prepare personalized reports and recommendations for your case
Communicate with you about the consulting process

3. Mutual Confidentiality

This is a bilateral commitment:

From DeterminaXion to you: All financial, operational, and strategic information you share during the diagnosis will be treated as strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances without your prior written consent.
From you to DeterminaXion: The methodologies, tools, frameworks, and proprietary materials used during the diagnosis and consulting process are the intellectual property of DeterminaXion, LLC and may not be reproduced or shared without authorization.

4. We Do Not Share Your Information

Your data will never be:

Sold to third parties
Shared for advertising or marketing purposes outside of DeterminaXion
Used as a case study without your explicit written authorization
Transferred to other companies or consultants

5. Storage & Security

Information is stored on secure, encrypted platforms. Only the consultant assigned to your case has access to your data. Diagnostic reports are delivered directly to you, and no additional copies are retained once the process is complete, unless mutually agreed upon.

6. Your Rights

At any time, you have the right to:

Request access to the information we hold about your company
Request correction or deletion of your data
Revoke your consent for the use of your information
Request a copy of all documentation generated during the diagnosis

7. Duration of Confidentiality

The confidentiality commitment remains in effect indefinitely, even after the consulting process is completed or if you decide not to proceed with implementation.
